DualSweep Design

The 3D ToF LiDARs work together with dual fisheye vision sensors to clearly detect obstacles. An additional LiDAR unit on the robotic arm delivers accurate edge cleaning. An anti-collision sensor on the top helps ROMO A2 move confidently through low-clearance areas, avoiding scrapes and snags.

The sensing system in the ROMO 2 Series has been rebuilt, detecting cables as thin as 2 mm and drawing on DJI's technology to generalize from what it has already seen. This helps it detect and avoid obstacles, even those it has never encountered before.

Yes. ROMO 2 Series uses multiple onboard sensors to detect walls and other hard-to-reach areas. During cleaning, it extends its right-side brush and mop to sweep along walls and into corners, removing dust and debris.

Performance may be reduced around highly reflective surfaces or transparent objects. The ROMO 2 Series achieves 100% coverage along straight walls (including suspended straight walls) for precise edge-hugging cleaning, but does not guarantee the absolute removal of all dirt in every possible corner under all conditions. Actual results may vary.
What cleaning modes does the ROMO 2 Series support?

ROMO 2 Series supports four cleaning modes: Vacuum & Mop, Vacuum, Mop, and Vacuum Then Mop. You can also create custom cleaning plans using the Cleaning Task on the DJI Home app home screen.
How does the ROMO 2 Series keep the Dust Box dry and clean after cleaning wet messes?
