When placing your order, please ensure that your name, delivery address, and contact details are entered accurately to avoid any issues with delivery.

DJI | Hasselblad is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries in the following circumstances:

  • Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days due to transportation constraints.
  • Delays or non-delivery caused by the recipient’s actions, including but not limited to: changing the address after dispatch, providing an incorrect or incomplete address, entering incorrect contact details, or refusing the delivery.
  • Delays resulting from force majeure events. “Force majeure” refers to unforeseen, unavoidable, or insurmountable circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: national or regional transportation restrictions or disruptions (e.g. due to weather), communication system failures, government actions, postal policy changes, war, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, or similar events.
  • Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to violations of transportation regulations.
  • Deliveries that cannot be completed on weekends, public holidays, or national festivals.

Please note that we won't be able to refund the shipping cost if there is an uncontrollable circumstance causing your parcel to be delayed.

Delivery FAQs

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHERE IS IT?

To check the progress of your order, you may access the My Account section. If you haven't registered an account with us, the link to track your order status can be found in your order confirmation email.

Once you have accessed your order status, you can retrieve the tracking number of your delivery if the item has been dispatched. You may then use this information to track your parcel with DPD.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE OR ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER?

If we have not yet dispatched your order, you may have the option to modify the delivery address by contacting our customer service team.

However, once your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

As your item has been shipped through DPD, you may request to have it left in a secure location, delivered to a nearby neighbour, or have the parcel delivered to a parcel shop.

WHAT IF I MISS A DELIVERY?

If you have missed you delivery the courier will:

  • Leave a calling card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed.
  • They will usually try to deliver again the following day. Or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to rearrange another delivery date at no extra charge.
  • Its possible they deliver to your neighbours or left the item in a safe place. In this case please see the delivery card left for you.
