Cellcom Europe B.V. trades under the name DJI Hasselblad (“we”, “us”, “our”).
DJI Hasselblad is an independent authorised retailer of DJI products and is not the manufacturer DJI Technology Co., Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of our website and all purchases made through it (the “Services”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country of residence to place an order.
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate.
However:
- Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device display.
- Minor deviations in specifications may occur.
- Obvious errors or pricing mistakes are not binding.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Availability is subject to stock.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
A binding contract is formed only when:
- We confirm your order by email, and
- Payment has been successfully authorised.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- Payment cannot be verified
- Fraud is suspected
- There is an obvious pricing error
- Products are unavailable
If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Orders are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export unless agreed in writing.
5. Prices, VAT & Payment
All prices displayed on the Netherlands website:
- Include Dutch VAT (unless clearly stated otherwise)
- Exclude shipping costs unless specified
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your order.
We accept payment methods listed at checkout.
You confirm that:
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method
- Payment information is accurate
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before order confirmation.
6. Delivery & Risk
We ship to destinations listed on our website.Delivery times:
- Are estimates only
- Are not guaranteed
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Ownership of goods transfers once full payment is received.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Right)
If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
- The day you (or a third party appointed by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right:

- Provide your order number and intention to withdraw
You must return goods unused and in original condition, within 14 days of notifying us.
Exceptions may apply to sealed goods opened after delivery where hygiene or software licensing prevents resale.
This right does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
8. Warranty & Conformity
Under Dutch law, consumers are entitled to products that conform to the contract.
This means products must:
- Match the description
- Be fit for normal use
- Meet reasonable durability expectations
If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge.
If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
Manufacturer warranties (e.g., DJI warranty) apply in addition to statutory rights and do not limit them.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under Dutch law.
To the extent permitted by law:

We are liable only for direct damages resulting from breach of contract.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

For business customers, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
